The deep mahogany colouring that fills the glass allows for preparation of a toasted hazelnut aroma. Made from 100% Palomino aged for 12 years in bota, this is a very smooth Oloroso with a silky feel when it enters the mouth. Orange peel notes are found within to allow a base for the strong nutty flavours to protrude. Towards the end solera comes through leaving a vanilla and cigar box finish.
