Lattebusche is a cooperative and is the only producer of Piave. Lattebusche is a modern cooperative since 1954. The company is based in Busche, in the province of Belluno, an area rich in pastures on the border of the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2009.

All our cheeses are cut fresh to order unless they are small individual cheeses produced in that size by the producer. We cut, wrap and pack orders on the day they are sent out on a next day service and will arrive to you with at least 14 days life. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products and can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
