Pesto alla Genovese from Liguria is DOP ( Protected Designation of Origin) certified, meaning only pesto made in a precise manner with fresh Ligurian DOP basil can carry that label.  Anfosso DOP Basil Pesto is crafted with Anfosso’s homemade pesto recipe which includes only high-quality extra virgin olive oil, fresh Ligurian DOP basil, Grana Padano cheese and pine nuts.
