Fratelli Burgio opened a small salumeria back in 1978. The grandmother and mother created preserves in house. Their history is about a family's passion for recovering the lost flavours and recipes of Sicilian culinary tradition. A passion that has always been closely tied to a love for the land, careful attention to the quality of the ingredients, and the use of strictly artisanal methods, which we continue to do even today.

All products are sent out on a next day service. If the product needs chilling, product will be in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products. You can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
