Pate "Bomba del Salento", I Contadini

This is a hot and sweet pepper 'pate' which is brilliant to use as a sauce or a dip. Made using hot peppers grown in the warm fields of Brindisi, Southern Italy which are hand picked in August and cut into rings that are matured under salt. They then add a blend of Mediterranean spices before being jarred in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Founded by their grandfather in 1961, I Contadini produce and transform the products of the land, working from the fresh product directly from the farms to the production area, a few steps from the sea.

All products are sent out on a next day service. If the product needs chilling, product will be in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products. You can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
