LMT Wines. Luis Moya’s nomadic lifestyle informs the philosophy behind LMT Wines and his passion for trying and creating new wines. Luis is as knowledgeable as they come, having formally studied wine and agriculture, but he brings a no-fuss approach to wine. For him the joy is in being able to experiment and discover new places, finding inspiration along the way. Luis doesn’t have his own winery but instead moves between spaces where he can set up shop for a while, as well as working with vineyards and wineries in the Navarra and Rioja regions. The Kimera label is one of his longer term projects set up in collaboration with Gonzalo Celayeta in Navarra. Luis wants each of his wines to speak for itself and depict its origins.He minimises intervention as much as possible, keeping to artisanal techniques. His wines are gently filtered rather than clarified and stabilisation is done naturally.

All products are sent out on a next day service. If the product needs chilling, product will be in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us.
