Perusini Pinot Grigio Ramato – Orange Wine

Perusini is a family affair passed down from generation to generation to end up with Teresa Perusini who runs the estate today.

The winery’s rich ancestry has not gone unnoticed and it was listed as one of 50 Italian Historical Winegrowers by renowned wine critic Luigi Veronelli. Teresa runs the estate with the help of her 3 sons Carlo, Tomasso and Michele who take a hands-on role in the wine production.

Perusini have invested in a technique that uses nitrogen to produce the standout copper colour of this wine. The process allows for grape to be left in contact for long enough to develop the rich colour without needing chemical preservatives to prevent oxidization. This fine attention to detail results in a fine product with all it’s flavours left intact.
