Tasting
Château Roc Meynard, Bordeaux Supérieur, 2018
The Bordeaux Supérieur Château Roc Meynard is grown on calcareous-clay soils, with a strong dominance of clay. Its wines are structured and benefit a good aging potential. Thanks to a subtle winemaking process that strongly cares about wine balance and delicacy, those wines have a harmonious and complex expression.

This is a lighter bodied red from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, a true testament to the region’s typical wines. It is robust yet elegant and full of ripe red fruits, dark spices, and a hint of licorice.

Meet the Maker - Vignobles Hermouet
Over the past thirty years Vignobles Hermouet has been making tremendous wines and continually navigating the grape’s journey from vine to glass. They source the best rootstocks and favour high densities to get the most out of the soil.
Domaine Gueguen Chablis
A light bodied chablis with fresh acidity and tones of lemon and white peach. It’s fruity and well-balanced with good minerality. We recommend pairing with seafood, light pastas, and semi-soft cheeses.

Domaine Gueguen
Produced by Céline and Frédéric Gueguen in the villages of Chablis, between the Auxerrois and Chalisien vineyards. On the vineyard they grow five different grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon, Aligoté, and Sacy.

They are regarded as an up and coming vineyard in the region. Both Céline and Frédéric began their careers working on larger wine estates in Chablis for 15 years before setting up their own Domaine in 2013. They use organic practices in the vineyard, tending to each vine by hand and working with low yields to drive quality and concentration in the wines.
Darriaud Côtes du Rhône Rosé 2021
This is an elegant and easy drinking rosé, perfect for the warmer months but can be enjoyed all year round. It has aromas of strawberries and green apples making it a great pairing with shellfish, chicken, salads, and soft cheeses. This beautiful rose uses gently pressed Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes for its delicate colour and pure flavour.

Darriaud
Produced by Julien Dugas, who holds qualifications in oenology and viticulture. He produces wines in Rhône, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Georges Darriaud winery sits within the Côtes du Rhône region in the South of France. They are a small winemaking production of specially selected parcels from different vineyards.
