Nduja’s rich and spicy flavour makes it an excellent addition in pasta dishes.
Try something like this:
Ingredients: Nduja, olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne), fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese.
Preparation:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Stir in Nduja, allowing it to melt and coat the tomatoes.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Nduja sauce.
- Serve with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
