The Anfosso family estate and production plant are located in Chiusavecchia, in the province of Imperia. Alessandro and Alfredo reside here and have decided to continue the family business that started decades ago, while also enriching it with new ideas.

They no longer wanted to limited themselves to only producing olive oil, and have created many different products that revolve around oil. These include, extra virgin olive oil to preserves, pesto, creams, sauces and olives in brine. 

The history of the Olio Anfosso brand has distant origins and is closely linked to the history of the family. In 1945 the Anfosso family began to transform the olives that grew on their estate into a high quality extra virgin olive oil. Since then, the respect for tradition, search for excellence and love for oil has always gone hand in hand.
