This region has been producing Muscadet for over 150 years. Today the vineyard is run by the Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques and Rémi. The 40 hectare vineyard has been certified organic since 2005. They are often thought of as a part of the 'new wave' of Muscadet producers, making zest, vibrant wines.
The estate is under the direction of the Bonnet brothers, Jean-Jacques Bonnet and Rémi. On the vineyard they respect the principles of biodynamics. They develop the entire palette of flavours of high expression Muscadets with the minerality of each terroir. They have become masters of the vinification of burgundy white melon.
