Cava Masia d’Or Brut Nature 
This is a bright Cava with subtle aromas of white fruits with citrus notes. It is silky, fruity, and fresh with crunchy green apple flavours. Perfect to pair with a cheese and charcuterie course. The palate of this is silky and fresh with a refreshing citrusy finish. 

Meet the Maker
Produced by three brothers that are passionate about good food and drink with a long history of growing wine. They want to refocus the winery to create wines that inspire other young people to love wine as much and they do. 

The grapes for this Cava are grown in Casa Berger beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedès region of Spain. This region is widely considered one of Spain's best wine producing regions and is one of Europe's most ancient wine producing areas, know especially for Cava's.  
Château de Pocé Touraine Sauvignon Blanc
Pale gold in colour, this wine is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it’s aromatic with a lively zest and citrusy notes. Its a nicely dry white wine that is rich on the palate. It is a beautiful dry wine that goes perfectly as an aperitif or with poultry or fish. 

Domaine Chainier 
Beginning in 1973, Pierre Chainier is the owner of some 250 hectares of vines in the heart of Touraine, which is the source of classic Loire varieties. The vineyard enjoys a southern view overlooking the the Loire River. 

The Chainier Family winemaking history goes back to the 18th century, when Pierre Chainier's ancestors cultivated vines in the Bordeaux region. The estates today are filled with history and reflect the rich heritage of the Touraine. 
Mañoso Rioja Crianza 2019 
The Manoso is deep ruby in colour and with aromas of black and red forest fruits and subtle vanilla. These marry on the palette with subtle cocoa and black pepper spice. It’s delicious on its own, especially at the end of the night, but also pairs really nicely with most red meats and hard cheeses. 

Bodegas Ruiz de Viñaspre 
A family of winegrowers that has been in Rioja Alavesa for generations. They believe in the quality offered by the old vineyard, which is the reason the family has taken such good care of it to this day. 

All their vineyards are located in Elvillar and Languardia, two of the highest quality wine production locations. The excellent clay-limestone soil combined with an Atlantic climate with Mediterranean influence, make the perfect conditions for elegant and structured wines. 
Diamonists Pedro Ximénez Sherry
Medium maroon with an amber edge, the nose is packed with figs, dark chocolate, roasted coffee and cigar box aromas. Very smooth and balanced on the palate without cloying sweetness, this is an elegant PX aged for 5 years in bota and made from 100% Pedro Ximénex. Extremely concentrated and nuanced, an ethereal wine with invigorating acidity. The finish is endless with a hint of nutmeg and cloves. To be served slightly chilled with dessert or to pass around the table after a meal.
