Pairings
Natural wines are acidic, light and refreshing, meaning they tend to pair well with most foods. We’d recommend pairing with seafood such as oysters, crevettes, or scallops. If you’re looking for more hearty foods they go very nicely with empanadas, croquettes, or really any cheese, meat and carb combo.

Anne Santi Raspato Pet Nat
This is a fantastic naturally sparkling pink wine. It is bottled before the main fermentation is complete, so, like a true natural wine, it continues its fermentation process in the bottle. This produces a lovely natural spritz.

This truly artisanal wine is made from Sangiovese and Aleatico grapes soured from the producers land in the Valerian Valley in Umbria, fermented in the bottle in a semi-sparkling rosé style. You'll get flavours of green apple, white peach, and unripe melon, giving a blast of freshness with a touch of biscuit on the mouth.

Meet the Maker - Anne Santi
Francesco Annesanti says that his soul is in his wine. He makes wines like no other on his cantina in rural Umbria where there are no other vines for miles in any direction. He converted his family's farm to a humble winemaking facility where he meticulously produces his natural, hand-crafted wines in almost impossibly small quantities.
Crazy Javali Tinto
This unique wine is a mix of 20+ different varieties. It is a light and youthful wine with a bright raspberry colour. You’ll get aromas of strawberry and raspberry, making it light and vibrant on the palate. Aged in stainless steel vats for five months you'll experience a fresh, youthful vibrancy. Perfect to pair with mixed charcuterie and cheese.

Quinta do Javali
Javali is a small, family-owned wine property that sits on the left bank of the Douro river and is dedicated to their vines. The farm's winemaking tradition dates back to the 17th century and has been in the Mendes family since 1982. Their intention is to signify that the Duoro can produce incredible wines of terroir that are lighter and fresher.
