THE STORY
Vega Tolosa is a family winery run by 5 generations. Located in Manchuela, they have 250 hectares of vineyards with exceptional old organic Bobal vineyards. Cultivated in the transition zone to the Cabriel Valley recently declared by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve. 

The Vega Tolosa project began in 1998, based on the philosophy of adapting the resources provided by the previous generation. The old bobal vineyards and their cultivation methods have been preserved to create a quality organic wine. The vineyards were inherited from their grandparents. 
HOW ITS MADE 
The winery has transformed and modernized their winemaking phases in recent years. All the machinery they use is with the latest technology, along with the French oak barrel park. 

The wine is made with the best selection of grapes from the vineyard, which houses vines over 80 years old. It is aged for six months in French Oak barrels and has an intense ruby red colour.
