Makes 4 prawn toasts

20 TDS Crevettes 
1 tbsp corn/potato starch 
1 egg white 
1/2 tbsp sesame oil 
1/2 tbsp honey 
2 spring onions finely chopped 
Salt and pepper 
4 slices plain bread 

1. “Smash” and finely chop all your crevettes then add to a bowl along with all other ingredients except the bread. 
2. Pre heat a heavy bottom pan with vegetable oil to 160c. 
3. Cut the crusts off your bread, I personally eat the crusts because I’m a bread loving animal that can’t let them find they’re way to the bin. 
4. Spread your prawn mix on to your bread, pop a second slice of bread on top ensuring it sticks together forming a sandwich. 
5. Fry until golden brown. 
6. Enjoy!
