This free range, grass fed Chateaubriand is a lovely sharing cut that is cut from the thickest part of beef tenderloin. It's soft and tender, with a buttery texture and light delicate flavour. Perfect as a sharing meat for dinner parties, occasions, and Sunday roasts. We serving medium rare alongside a medium-bodied red wine such as a Syrah or a Cabernet.
