Salt and time are all that's used to make this product. Hand carved, this Iberico de bellota ham is made from 100% bellota pigs raised in completely free range conditions, fattened on acorns and cured in cellars for more than 3 years.
We work with a family owned Iberico producer based in Olivenza in the South West of Spain. Their passion and care for the quality of their products and being the only Iberico producer making hams with simply salt and no additives made partnering with them an easy decision.
All products are sent out on a next day service in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products. You can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
