Gruyère de Grotte

Gruyère de Grotte is a Swiss firm cheese that is yellow in colour. The name Gruyère comes from the town, Gruyères, in Switzerland. This cheese is usually aged in caves, hence "de Grotte", for a minimum of six months and is made fully from whole cows milk. This cheese also features very small few holes which is common in most Swiss cheeses.

We cut, wrap and pack orders on the day they are sent out on a next day service and will arrive to you with at least 14 days life.
