Brightwell Ash

The ash coated disc has a fresh and tangy taste which crumbles upon entrance of the mouth this taste is enhanced by the ash coat that surrounds the cheese. Aged for 21 days at the farm, we like to age it a further week in Cheese Room with controlled temperature and humidity to bring out the more complex flavours to the cheese and encourage the white bloom.

All our cheeses are cut fresh to order unless they are small individual cheeses produced in that size by the producer. We cut, wrap and pack orders on the day they are sent out on a next day service and will arrive to you with at least 14 days life. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products and can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
