This cheese has a white and soft rind. This cheese is soft and tender, the more that this cheese ages and matures the more creamy it gets meaning it softens and also the more flavour comes out of it. This cheese is made with pasteurised cow and sheep milk.

All of our cheeses are cut fresh to order unless they are small individual cheeses produced in that size by the producer. We cut, wrap and pack orders on the day they are sent out on a next day service and will arrive to you with at least 14 days life. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us. Upon checkout you can choose the day you would like to receive your products and can also choose a premium morning delivery slot.
