From Spanish waters, these are unlike the common prawn. Named after the red uniform worn by the Spanish guard, these wild Carabineros can get HUGE. They are firm, rich in flavour and a deep, deep red colour that can bring alive any dish.
All products are sent out on a next day service in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours.
