We source our sustainable fish from local fisherman who use eco-friendly catching methods on the coast of South Devon. We catch responsibly, prepare our catch as soon as it reaches the shores and then blast freeze it, to ensure it traps in all the fresh flavour whilst ensuring zero waste.
