Baron Bigod (250g) Baron Bigod is the only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK and one of only a handful of its type in the world to be made by the farmer on the farm.Beneath the nutty, mushroomy rind, Baron Bigod has a smooth, silky golden breakdown which will often ooze out over a delicate, fresh and citrussy centre. Lincolnshire Poacher (200g)  An upgrade on the staple and obligatory cheddar on a cheese board.  Matured for about 14 to 16 months with quite a lot upfront with a rich full flavour this poacher is artisanal and mighty delicious Cotswold Blue (140g) Organic soft white moulded cheese with a Roquefort blue mould running through the centre. It has a delicious creamy texture, with a fresh clean taste that develops as the cheese ages into a rich aromatic piquancy. Crackers Because what’s a board without them? All of our bundles will be delivered with at least 14 days life on all products.
