This is a Greek extra virgin olive oil with a deliciously fruity flavour sure to elevate just about anything and everything you eat from now on. Every olive used to make this is hand picked on the Greek island of Ithaca, then cold-pressed in an organic certified mill to protect the antioxidants and give the oil its Ithacan bite. Love the ceramic bottle, it is beautiful. The olive oil has a really rich and deep colour. The taste is complex, light and nutty, great with some bread and balsamic.
