This is a Greek extra virgin olive oil with a deliciously fruity flavour sure to elevate just about anything and everything you eat from now on. We highly recommend a nice drizzle on top of pastas, salads, bread, steaks, and charcuterie. Every olive used to make this is hand picked on the Greek island of Ithaca, then cold-pressed in an organic certified mill to protect the antioxidants and give the oil its Ithacan bite. Overall a healthy, flavour-packed oil, bursting with character.

Love the ceramic bottle, it is beautiful. The olive oil has a really rich and deep colour. The taste is complex, light and nutty, great with some bread and balsamic.
