These tomatoes are picked in full ripeness, then put into boiling water for a few seconds, peeled whole by hand and then packed into glass jars with fresh basil leaves. These tomatoes weigh 50g less than the 'average' tomato which causes a sweeter taste and an intoxicating scent.

All products are sent out on a next day service. If the product needs chilling, product will be in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours.
