White Mausu Black Bean Rayu

Spicy, salty and funky. Chinese Black Bean form the base of this Rāyu.  Mixed with infused chilli and warming spices like star ainse & a pinch of cinnamon. The main take away for White Mausu products are they are condiments that literally make any dish better. PS. It's also Michel Roux's desert island ingredient.
