Nduja is the most famous among the Calabrian food products. Nduja is a soft salami that is made of pork that is spreadable and has a kick to it. The nduja is seasoned in orba then put into a jar with a drizzle olive oil and then pasteurized.
All products are sent out on a next day service. If the product needs chilling, product will be in wool insulation and ice packs to ensure the product is kept fresh for up to 48 hours. We have partnered with DPD as our trusted courier partner who will keep you updated with tracking information when they receive the parcel from us.
