This is a typical sauvignon blanc dominated by long lasting notes of citrus fruit together with mineral hints. It gives the crispness of sauvignon without an aggressive taste. There are easily recognizable notes of lemon and orange on the palate. It pairs very well as a fresh aperitif or with seafood. It will also be amazing with young cheeses like fresh goat’s cheese.
