This organic wine is deep ruby in colour and jammy, spicy drop that is perfect for pairing with Manchego, lamb or chorizo dishes. Aged in French oak for 6 months, this wine is made with the selection of Vega Tolosa's best Bobal grapes from their old vineyards housing vines over 80 years old.
