Bucatini is spaghetti type pasta but thicker with a hole running through the middle. Bucatini all’Amatriciana is the shout here. Made to exact standards in the capital of pasta.
We purchased this pasta to re-create a meal we had in Lecce, Italy. What can I say but it was perfect! It is such good quality pasta, it makes a real difference to the dish. I’m not sure how they get the hole running through the middle but it helps take up more of the sauce. Would definitely recommend!
