This organic Sicilian basil pesto has a base of fresh basil that is carefully selected and grown in the green Sicilian hills this is put together with almonds and a pinch of sea salt. The traditional Sicilian recipe includes the addition of dried tomatoes, evoo and garlic for a more intense flavouring. This pesto is ideal for enriching any pasta dish.
